NLX has added additional expertise and experience to its business development team with the appointment of Charlie Callari.
Charlie joins NLX from a Gartner-recognized Conversational AI Platform leader where he was instrumental to driving growth and mentoring the sales team to be winning business against some of the world’s largest technology companies. Previous experience has included roles for customer experience management software provider Augment CXM; Avaamo, a specialist in AI-driven conversational computing; cloud-based call center software company Fenero, and SYKES, a provider of customer contact management solutions.

I love helping clients develop solutions that solve real business challenges”.
Charlie reports to Brian Dawson, Head of Business Development, who comments:

Outside of work, Charlie and his wife are fast approaching their 30th wedding anniversary. As a 17-year-old, he tried out for the New York Yankees Baseball team and now, his whole family remain keen sports enthusiasts. He and his wife enjoy deep family connections into professional sports that has been passed along to their three grown sons. Charlie also supports Covenant House, providing shelter for homeless youth, and is on the board of Happiness is Camping, a cancer camp for kids.
