Aileen Labadie has joined the NLX team with immediate effect as our new Account Manager.
Aileen has extensive experience in Account Management, Sales, and Business Development in the technology, financial services, and call center industries. In her last role, she was instrumental in driving sales and partner relationships for a Gartner-recognized conversational AI platform. She has worked for both startups and large companies across North America and Southeast Asia.
At NLX, she has joined forces with the Sales team to help clients deliver the best experience possible for their customers, with goals of continuing to expand her knowledge in the AI space and to create an impact on her peers, partners, and clients.
When not working, Aileen and her family enjoy lazy Sundays in their home in Florida, watching football, and binge-watching Korean shows. She has a zest for traveling, food adventures, and anything fitness related - she participated in the NYC marathon twice with plans of attending another one soon!
Aileen reports to Charlie Callari, Director of Sales, who comments:

Aileen holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Information Management from Asia Pacific College and in Communication Arts from San Juan de Letran. She is fluent in English and Filipino, and currently learning Korean.
