Following the conclusion of our recent capital raise, we are excited to announce two new directors joining our team: Georgina Stopfer, Director of Customer Success, and Megan Swiatkowski, Director of Marketing. In conjunction with our current leadership team, the new directors will augment NLX’s market presence, drive sales, and ensure customer success.
Georgina joins us after seven years at IT services and solutions provider Affinity Inc, the last four of which as Director of Client Delivery and Engagement where she worked with Fortune 100 and midrange businesses. She holds an MBA from Woodbury University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. In her new role at NLX®, she is focused on cultivating customer success, which she says will be defined by overall effectiveness, growth, and "feel good" experiences.
Megan, who joins us from a role as Program Manager, Fleet Operations Integration at Amazon, previously worked as Director of Communications for US news website Axios and prior to that in communications roles for POLITICO. She holds an MBA from The George Washington University School and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State. As Director of Marketing for NLX®, she is focused on strengthening the company’s market presence and voice.
Commenting on the appointments, our NLX® co-founder and CEO Andrei Papancea says:
“The recent capital raise was very insightful in demonstrating both the demand for and potential of the NLX proposition across multiple sectors and markets. Realizing that potential requires a close-knit team of the most talented individuals we can find. We already added considerable expertise to our team at all levels over the last year, and the additions of Georgina and Megan add further talent that will help us take the business to the next level. Their determination matches ours to make NLX the stand-out performer in the Conversational AI space.
